Terms of Service

By accessing legal.gnixar.in or submitting an application to any program of the School of Legal Tech (operated by Gnixar Academy Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or apply to our programs.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

All programs offered by the School of Legal Tech are subject to eligibility criteria, availability, and the acceptance decisions of our admissions team. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment.

Upon enrollment, you will receive a separate Program Agreement and, if applicable, an Income Share Agreement (ISA) that together with these terms govern your participation in the program.

• You must provide accurate information in your application. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of enrollment.
• Programs, faculty, curriculum, and schedules are subject to change. We will notify enrolled students of material changes with reasonable notice.
• Attendance, participation, and submission requirements are detailed in your Program Agreement.

The ISA is a separate contractual document that governs your repayment obligations. Key terms include:

• You pay ₹0 upfront. Repayment begins only after you receive a qualifying job offer above the agreed income threshold.
• Repayment is calculated as a fixed percentage of your gross monthly salary, for a defined number of months.
• Total repayment is capped at a maximum amount regardless of salary level.
• The ISA terminates automatically if you do not receive a qualifying offer within the ISA window.
• Full ISA terms are contained in your individual ISA document, which supersedes any summary provided here.

• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or experience in any application or communication

• Engage in conduct that disrupts the learning environment or harms other students or staff
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use our brand or trademarks without written permission

Gnixar Academy provides its programs and website on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding placement outcomes, salary levels, or career results.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Gnixar Academy in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our programs or website for violation of these terms, non-payment of outstanding dues, or conduct that we determine is harmful to the community.

You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the refund and ISA terms outlined in your Program Agreement.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website and, for enrolled students, by email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
